Membership Plans
1 Year Plan
For $50/year you get guaranteed discounts for the entire family. Family members include spouses and kids under the age of 26 years old. Membership expires after 12 months and will auto-renew unless you contact us to cancel within 30-days of the next year.
3 Year Plan
For $120 you get guaranteed discounts for the entire family for 3 years. That is a $30 savings over 3 years compared to the 1-year plan. Family members are still all included (spouses and kids under the age of 26). Membership expires after 3 years and will not auto-renew unless you select that option.

What is Chiropractor Club?
Chiropractor Club, LLC is a Licensed Discount Medical Plan Organization. Discount Medical Plans contract with health care providers or provider networks to provide medical service price reductions to plan members. These plans may be structured to look like insurance. However, they are not insurance and don’t pay health care costs like most insurance plans. The patient is responsible for payment at the time of service. Your membership guarantees that you receive a minimum of a 20% off your services at participating provider locations.
How do I join the Chiropractor Club?
You can easily join by signing up online or in your chiropractor’s office. Your chiropractor will collect the membership fee and submit it to Chiropractor Club. The online receipt or your copy of the membership agreement will serve as a temporary card. A membership card will be sent via mail. If your chiropractor is not currently an established Chiropractor Club Provider, invite them to become one!
How do I find a Chiropractor?
See all our providers on our Chiropractors page. If you do not currently have a chiropractor, this will offer you the contact information of approved providers in your area. If you currently have a chiropractor but he or she is not in our directory and is not an Approved Chiropractor Club Provider, invite them to become one. They can join our network for free and begin seeing patients the same day.

In most states, it is illegal for a doctor to set up a dual fee system, where they charge you lower rates than they charge to an insurance company for the same services. A Discount Medical Plan makes billing easier, cheaper, and less time-consuming. It lowers the overall cost of treating patients and allows more time to be spent on patient services. A plan like this allows your chiropractor to offer discounts directly to patients making services more accessible to the public.

The un-insured, and the under-insured. Those with: High Deductibles, High Co-pays, No Out of Network Benefits, or No Chiropractic Benefits. Chiropractor Club is also great for those who are interested in wellness or maintenance care and do not have adequate insurance coverage for these extended care plans.
